01 — The problem

Documentation everywhere. Usable clinical information almost nowhere.

In hybrid healthcare systems, the most important clinical information still lives on paper, in voice notes, and in fragments across systems that don't talk to each other. Clinicians spend hours navigating documentation instead of caring for patients — and rigid digital tools often add to the burden rather than easing it.

Today — fragmented

Information that can't move.

Handwritten notes, dictated remarks and printed forms accumulate across the patient's journey. Each shift starts by rebuilding context that should already exist.

With KadduCare — structured

The same notes, suddenly usable.

The clinician writes and speaks the way they always have. KadduCare structures the content into reviewable, interoperable clinical data — without changing the workflow on the surface.

02 — The approach

Preserve the workflow. Structure the information.

Most digital health tools ask clinicians to change how they work. KadduCare asks the opposite: keep working the way care actually happens, and let the platform structure the information and draft reports behind the scenes. Human validation stays at the center.

Step 01

Write or dictate

Clinicians keep their natural workflow — pen, paper or voice during the consultation.

Step 02

AI structuring

Transcription, extraction and clinical structuring happen quietly in the background.

Step 03

Report generation

Structured medical reports, summaries and discharge notes are drafted automatically from the captured information.

Step 04

Human validation

The clinician reviews and confirms structured fields before anything becomes part of the record.

Human-in-the-loop
Step 05

Structured clinical data

Clean, interoperable output — ready for continuity of care and downstream analysis.

Step 06

Patient record integration

Future-ready handoff to national EHR initiatives and patient record systems as they come online.

03 — Current prototype

What works today.

KadduCare is early-stage and honest about it. The working prototype already handles three core paths — paper, voice, and structured medical reports — with PDF export and the foundation for future interoperability.

04 — Patient impact

More time for patients. Less friction for clinicians.

In many healthcare environments, clinicians spend a significant amount of time navigating fragmented documentation workflows. KadduCare helps reduce this burden by transforming handwritten and voice-based medical information into structured and usable clinical reports.

01

Reduce documentation burden

Less time on repetitive paperwork. More attention on the person in front of you.

02

Improve continuity of care

Structured reports follow the patient across visits, shifts, and providers.

03

Support clinical decisions

Searchable, comparable records make the next consultation faster and safer.

04

Strengthen patient follow-up

Clear summaries and plans make long-term follow-up less fragile.

05 — Why it matters

Healthcare systems don't only need digital records. They need usable clinical intelligence.

Many systems already store data, but clinicians still struggle with fragmented workflows, repetitive documentation, difficult information retrieval and continuity-of-care gaps. KadduCare turns clinical interactions into structured reports, usable healthcare data and — eventually — interoperable clinical intelligence.

More time with patients

Cut the cognitive cost of documentation so clinicians spend their attention where it matters.

Continuity of care

Make each consultation searchable, comparable and accessible across visits and providers.

Usable clinical data

Convert fragmented information into structured records that can power decisions and research.

Infrastructure for the future

Build the structured layer that future health information systems will eventually need.

Workflow, not workload

No new rigid system to learn. Clinicians keep their habits; the structure comes for free.

Quiet AI

Models work behind the scenes. The interface stays calm; humans stay in charge.

06 — African healthcare context

Designed for the way care actually happens across the continent.

KadduCare is a clinical structuring and workflow-intelligence layer — complementary to existing initiatives, not a replacement for them. It does not try to replace clinicians, paper records or national EHR programs; it makes them work better together.

01
Built for hybrid systemsPaper, voice and digital coexist. The product has to meet that reality, not pretend it away.
02
Resilient to low connectivityWorkflows tolerate intermittent networks and degrade gracefully on shared devices.
03
Progressive digital transformationAdopt incrementally — a single clinic, a department, then a system. No big-bang migration.
04
Interoperability is the pointStructured outputs are designed to plug into future EHR and patient record initiatives, not replace them.
07 — Recognition

Early validation. Long horizon.

We're an early-stage initiative, but the work is being noticed by the institutions that matter for the long-term development of health infrastructure on the continent.
